Patron Tier - $100
Help support the arts by covering the cost of an emerging artist and allowing us to offset some of our costs to run this volunteer-lead nonprofit event.
Regular Tier - $50
Our regular pricing that ensures your ability to participate by using an assigned space in The Loov.
Emerging Artists Tier - $25
To qualify as an emerging artist, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
You are under 30 years old
You have fewer than 3 years of exhibition experience (solo or group shows)
You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate arts program
You are returning to art practice after a significant hiatus (5+ years)
You have a real financial need and would otherwise be unable to participate
No formal portfolio review is required. This is self-reported — we trust you to be honest about your stage of practice.
We request that Emerging Artists volunteer 5 hours of time to Open Studios to help spread flyers or help set up for our Open Studios event.
Late Registration Fee
To ensure we have enough time to prepare promotional materials and organize logistics, registration will increase $25 each tier for anyone who signs up after October 8. We strongly encourage artists to register early to avoid this fee and ensure full inclusion in marketing and printed materials.
Registration Closes on Oct 31st.
After this time, if you choose to participate as a resident, you cannot be included in any marketing materials, directories, or signage. No affiliates will be accepted after Oct 31st.
What happens if I register, but can no longer participate?
If you need to back out of the event for whatever reason, we’ll refund half of your participation fee if you cancel up to two weeks before the event. After that, we will not be able to offer a refund.s
